I think there should be more restrictions on credit card usage because the ECONOMY is in a depression the theift rate has increased . Adults arent FINANCIALLY stable as they were before are government /economics, went into a recession theres been budge cuts ,lay offs which means peoples INCOME has been less than what it was because are government can not afford to give out as much money as they did before therefore i think there should be more restrictions on card usage because you cant trust people that arent as financially stable as they were before.

the most challenging thing i ever had to do was live at SPA because the children here are imature and arrogant... they dont focus on the importance of life the focus on thing that shouldnt even matter to them like what the kid wearing next to them or something that they herd and that brings up my next reason because they start so many rumors here even the teachers like ms.Prister and they all arent true but they believe everything that they hear when your suspose to only believe half of what your hear and all of what you see . its hard for me to live at SPA because theres to many rules and regulations to obey by and sometimes we cant do stuff because of "budget cuts" and some staff shoe favoritism to other children .What happen to equaility?
